A BRIEF STORY OF ALUNNO IMMOBILIARE
Giovanni Alunno, padre di Paolo, creò una ditta di costruzione nel 1950 ed iniziò a comprare e vendere gli immobili di sua proprietà. Tenendo conto delle richieste ripetute degli amici, decise di aiutare i venditori ed i compratori nei loro transazioni degli immobili come mediatore, usando la propria casa come un ufficio. Nel frattempo il mercato stava diventando più largo e la gente dagli U.S.A., dal Regno Unito e dalla Germania, sempre più numerosa, andava in cerca di fattorie e casali tipici toscani.
Nel 1960 Giovanni venne segnalato positivamente da un'agenzia svizzera molto importante nel settore immobiliare, attraverso questa opportunità divenne uno dei punti di riferimento nelle trattative per la Valdichiana, il comune di Cortona e dintorni. Questa importante collaborazione proseguì fino al 1980, permettendogli di acquisire una maggiore esperienza nell'intermediazione. Suo figlio Paolo, nel frattempo, proseguiva la propria formazione divenendo ben presto suo socio. Paolo notò che la difficoltà più grande per i clienti stranieri, dopo l'acquisto delle loro case, era la ristrutturazione e che la professione degli agenti immobiliari stava cambiando, diventando più complessa: decise dunque di offrire ai suoi clienti un servizio completo, dirigendo in prima persona un'azienda di ristrutturazione, in maniera tale da offrire ai propri clienti un servizio che, dopo l'acquisto, garantisse consulenza nel restauro e nell'assistenza legale necessaria al momento della firma del contratto e dell'individuazione del prezzo finale.

lamp from the 5th century BC, the majestic tombs of noble families with
the latest discovery, the Melone II of Sodo, dating back to the 7th
century BC. This is the only tomb from Etruria that shows decorated
sculptural elements.
Cortona, one of the most evolved medieval city-states, is full of pure
renaissance forms such as the Calcinaio church, Francesco di Georgio
Martini’s masterpiece. Cortona was the hometown to many famous
painters, from Luca Signorelli to Pietro Berrettini da Cortona to Gino
Severini.
The last little secret about Cortona: some ancient historians suggested
that Ulysses was buried here! It is only a legend, but what an
extraordinary one!
